Flexibility H&S excellent reputation stems from its unmatched ability to be flexible i.e. to provide any paint or powder finish required, utilising any technique necessary,(even hot or airless spraying), at any scale, even 'one offs', to special order. No job too big, small or complex. The factory is equipped with 4 NEW Binks Sames water wash spray booths, ranging in size from 1.5 metres to 5 metres. A sophisticated electronically temperature controlled conveyor system has been installed to cater for batch quantities of up to 20,000 parts if required. A new stainless steel electronically controlled oven (5mx2.5mx3m), has also been installed to cater for larger jobs. |
